08:00 - Opening of Porto Palácio for placement of materials from producers.
10:00 – Welcome Wine Forum
10:30 – Start of the Wine Forum - Moderation Sommelier Tiago Simões. National and world runner-up in blind tasting. He was part of the Portuguese entourage that took second place in the 10th edition of the world blind wine tasting championship, held in France.
11:45 – Break
12:00 – Resume work Wine Forum
13:30 - Closing Wine Forum
3:00 pm Wine Tasting
21:30 – Wine Tasting Closing
