Is there a minimum order?

Yes, for logistics purposes, we require a minimum of three bottles order, however, those bottles can be from different wines.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery due and rate depend on the country where the package will be delivered. On the shopping cart page you will find the method of delivery, where you can know how long it will take for your order to arrive.

Can i buy you wines directly?

Yes, we have a long list of business partners, from restaurants to cellars and commercial agents, where you can buy our wines. The website serves as a plataform for online promotion and commerce.

How should i proceed if i get a damaged order?

If you receive an order with damaged bottles or wine that somehow seems spoilt, you should contact us through the website, e-mail or telephone, and we will proceed to replace the products in question. We only ask that you keep the damaged/spoilt bottles so we can correct whatever went wrong.
