How should i proceed if i get a damaged order?

If you receive an order with damaged bottles or wine that somehow seems spoilt, you should contact us through the website, e-mail or telephone, and we will proceed to replace the products in question. We only ask that you keep the damaged/spoilt bottles so we can correct whatever went wrong.
